"Web Roofing and Windows did our clay roof and installed new windows and doors almost nine years ago. In that time we had a leak on our other home - rats destroyed the felt - and Wayne and his crew did that repair quickly and professionally.
But then , recently, we put him to another test . The sill underneath the sliding doors had deteriorated(something about chemical reaction with the concrete/ lime) Wayne could have easily said this was out of his control and charged me. Instead they reengineered the bottom of the 2 doors (most of a day) And did not charge. First rate customer service , but that is what I have come to expect from Wayne and Web Roofing and Windows . Thanks Wayne!
