Beyond having the normal concerns of a homeowner, My wife is particularly sensitive to the inside environment of our house as she has provided high quality child care for many years. Imagine then, a leak in the ceiling of one of the rooms. We called Wayne Bass and Web Roofing as they were local (Mission Viejo) and recommended on the Internet. They were immediately responsive, diagnosed the cause quickly and scheduled the job for the next clear day.
But here is what we really appreciated. They agreed to a flexible schedule to work around the nap time of the kids, so part of the work was done in the mid morning and then the balance later in the day once the children were up. They did a thorough repair and gave us copies of pictures they took of the entire process. It was great value, but the trust and consideration they demonstrated was beyond our expectations. Thanks for a stress free experience.
