Wayne arrived on time, took photos and thoroughly explained what he would do to fix our leaky roof. Then, he successfully completed the repairs, within the estimated time frame and didn't leave a mess behind. This may not sound earth shattering, but believe me, I've hired other roofers and contractors who couldn't begin to fulfill these basic expectations. Best of all, he didn't take short cuts, he did the job right the first time.
