This company is the worst repair service I have ever dealt with in my life. We noticed our AC on our newly purchased house was not working, we contacted our insurance and had one delay after another with this company getting estimates, and filling paperwork, not calling back when they said they would, not getting back to our insurance when they said they would, missing scheduled appointments, you name it, it went wrong. Then after about 4 months, and me and my pregnant wife having to suffer through the long and scorching CA summer, they finally came out to install our new AC, Hurray just in time for winter! So they install the AC unit, and thermostat and I had to point out to the tech that he had installed the thermostat on a plate that had screw standoffs that were making the control stick out from the wall about a half an inch. The tech fixed the plate, and told us we would get a call to have an inspector come out to certify the installation. That weekend while doing house work I noticed that an outdoor electrical plug next to the AC unit had been broken and tapped into during installation, and no effort was made to repair what they had damaged. Then about a month or two later we get the call that they are having the inspector come out. The day of the inspection the Inspector shows up at the house and asks my wife if she has the paperwork, No she says the AC company didn't give us anything! Then he asks were is the furnace, up in the attic she replies. He says were is the tech, the AC company called me and told me that he was here waiting for me. She tells him that she has been there all day and no one from the AC company had been there. She calls the AC company gets put on hold for 30 mins, during which time the inspector apologizes and leaves because he has a bunch of other inspections to do and the AC company should have been there waiting for him. When they finally pick up the call she tells them that the inspector was there but no tech, they say the tech will be there in 15 min, to which she replies its too late the inspector already left, she asks if she can reschedule and they tell her that they will call back to reschedule. Why they couldn't have just done it right then I have no clue. So now its been two days and still no call to reschedule, lets see how long we have to wait this time. And through all of these problems not once did they apologize or make any effort to smooth over the frustration, like they didn't care what they did wrong because we had to go through them no matter what because of our insurance. I will never use this company again, I am also going to make this same complaint to our Home Owners insurance in hopes they will find another service company, or else Im finding another insurance company! BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND BAD WORKMANSHIP. NEGATIVE 5 STARS IS MY RATING...
