Hello everyone, and my deepest sympathies for you're having been pulled into this nightmare. Yes, this company is a scam and has ruined the lives of many people over several years. I've been working for 2 years trying to put a stop to it...
As a victim of Goodrich Legal, I have submitted a complaint with Indiana Attorney General (I live in Indiana) and the case is being reviewed.
If an individual would like to file a complaint against William D. Goodrich/Goodrich Legal Services (or any other individual or company) they would need to file a formal Compliant with the Indiana Attorney General (http://www.in.gov/attorneygeneral/2434.htm) if they meet at least one of the following criteria:
1. They are an Indiana resident or
2. The property in question is in the state of Indiana
3. The Company or individual they are filing a complaint against is located in Indiana.
YOU MUST FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE STATE IN WHICH YOU LIVE they can file a complaint with their state attorney general or with the state attorney general where the company or individual is located. In this case, William D Goodrich is located in New York, so you may file a complaint with the NY Attorney General's Office.
