While Wilshire Finance Partners strives to provide speed and flexibility in our underwriting approach for qualified properties and borrowers, we are not able to satisfy every potential borrower request based on our underwriting standards and the quality
of the loans we maintain in our portfolio. Further, once a loan is made, while we strive to assist our borrowers with legitimate servicing questions our expectation (like the expectation of most lenders) is that our borrowers will make their payments and perform
their obligations as agreed in accordance with the loan documents. Therefore, while that approach does not make every potential borrower happy, Wilshire has been fortunate to have very few servicing issues in our loan portfolio. Donald H. Pelgrim, Jr., Chief
