I received a ticket in Los Angeles County....No problems with this course .....L.A. County I guess requires courses be timed....but I had no problems...Follow the instructions...it was easy.....Not unhappy at all...

Several technical problems..had to delete cookies and restart several times to be allowed to submit a chapter..(once reset timer, so had to wait even more:(
