WORST COMPANY EVER

They do not know how to do a background check. They overlook information, They asked me to provide W2s and pay-stubs to verify previous employment because they couldn't reach my previous employer even though I had given them the employment verification phone number. I gave them the requested documents that they requested and they still told my employer that they could not verify employment. I also gave them my former manager's phone number and they said they couldn't reach her yet whenever I tried to call her she would pick up and she told me that she did not get a call or a message from them. They do not do their due diligence. They want you the employee to do all the work and even if you do all the work, they will still find a way to overlook information.
