Most Frustrating Experience

I was asked to visit HireRight to do a test for my volunteering application.
- Called to schedule an appointment and was told that they do not take appointments, just walk-in
- Visited their facility on a Wednesday at about 5:15pm.
- I was told that I need to visit earlier in the day before 4pm and I did not need to re do my paperwork (even thought their hours are 8a - 8p)
- Returned Thursday morning (following day) at 8:15am expecting to be done within, the most, 1 hour
- Finally got called at about 9:20am
- I had a work meeting to facilitate at 9:30am
- Between 9:20am and 9:30am two employees could not find a vein to draw blood. Incredible because I donate blood every time I am allowed to, with never an issue finding a vein
- I left the facility, deeply frustrated, missed my work meetings, with no positive results
Stay clear of this very unprofessional and disorganized provider (HireRight) if at all possible.
