I am writing this letter to let you know how appreciative I am of the great job that Dan and his company is doing for me. I have been with Dan about 4 years now. I am very happy with his service!
I own a telecom cabling business here in San Jose. Many times, my clients ask for a copy of my liability insurance. I forward the message on to Dan. I am impressed with the turn around time he gets this done. Most of the times it is the same day. Sometimes just a few minutes after I send him the message. Several of my clients have told me that they are impressed with the turn around time.
I have never have this great service from an insurance company!!! Most of the time you get their voice mail or they don’t respond at all. This is not the case with Dan.
With this great service, I am not thinking about going anywhere else. And if I have the opportunity to refer people to him, I want hesitate to do so.
Please let Dan know what a good job he is doing. My company is very happy with his service.
